Seed Capital de Bizkaia

The basic principles of the Seed Capital de Bizkaia Fund’s investment policy are:

• Sector diversification.
• Holdings in embryonic or new companies and in existing SMEs.
• The companies in question must be in Biscay.
• The promotor must necessarily hold some shares in the company when this is created.
• The holding must be no greater than 45% of the company’s share capital and may in no event exceed the legal and regulatory limits.
• The holdings must be recovered as soon as possible by selling them at a premium when Seed Capital de Bizkaia’s presence is no longer deemed essential because the company is now in operation or established.
