Share Capital

 Requirements to be Met by the Company

  • It must be an SME.
  • It must be based in Biscay.
  • Financial participation of the project promoting group: at least 25% of the share capital.
  • Minimum share capital: €90,000.

Conditions relating to Capital

  • Shareholding.
  • Minority shareholding: 45%.
  • Amount: minimum €60,000; maximum €300,000.
  • Length of shareholding: 5-7 years.
  • Agreed withdrawal at the time of investment; execution of an agreement with shareholders regarding terms of withdrawal.
